Key Responsibilities
● Create engaging 10–30 second vertical (9:16) UGC-style videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Snapchat Ads.
● Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to generate creative hooks, scripts, and concepts that capture attention within the first 3 seconds.
● Edit videos using tools like Canva, CapCut, and VN while maintaining a mobile-friendly and high-quality output.
● Utilize AI platforms for image and video generation to enhance ad creatives.
● Produce 15–30+ video variations daily by testing different hooks, captions, visuals, and calls-to-action using efficient workflows.
● Develop and execute UGC ad formats such as Problem → Solution, Before → After, Testimonial-style, “3 Reasons Why…”, trend-based, and AI avatar with text or voiceover.
Required Skills
● Basic hands-on experience with Canva, CapCut, or any mobile video editing tool.
● Strong interest and enthusiasm for AI tools and short-form content creation.
● Good understanding of current Instagram Reels and TikTok trends and what makes content engaging.
● Ability to learn quickly and work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
● Creative mindset with strong attention to hooks, subtitles, and clear calls-to-action.
● No prior professional experience required, but a proactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to grow are essential.
