Paid Advertising Campaign Management
● Develop and execute comprehensive paid advertising campaigns across Google (Search, Display, Discovery, YouTube) and Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).
● Conduct in-depth audience and keyword research to identify high-performing targeting opportunities.
● Craft compelling ad creatives and copy that resonate with target audiences and drive conversions.
● Create, launch, and manage campaigns, optimizing bids, budgets, creatives, and targeting for maximum performance.
● Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing pages to identify winning strategies.
● Analyze campaign performance using advertising dashboards and analytics tools.
● Generate weekly and monthly reports tracking KPIs such as impressions, clicks, conversions, CPA, and ROAS.
● Monitor and optimize budgets to ensure efficient and scalable spending.
● Stay updated with the latest platform updates, features, and best practices.
Performance Marketing Expertise
● Collaborate with clients or internal stakeholders to understand business goals and target audiences.
● Develop a strong understanding of marketing KPIs across different funnels (awareness, consideration, conversion, retention).
● Analyze user behavior and campaign data to uncover insights and growth opportunities.
● Recommend strategies to improve conversion rates, funnel performance, and overall ROI.
Reporting and Analysis
● Compile and analyze data from multiple sources (ad platforms, analytics tools, etc.).
● Deliver clear, actionable reports with insights and recommendations.
● Identify trends, scaling opportunities, and areas for optimization.
● Present performance insights in a structured and easy-to-understand manner.
● Stay up to date with industry trends in performance marketing and paid media.
● Research and experiment with new tools, channels, and growth strategies.
● Collaborate with creative, design, and development teams for campaign execution.
● Contribute to marketing initiatives such as content or strategy planning when needed.
● Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads + Meta Ads).
● Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and funnels.
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
● Strong communication and reporting skills.
● A results-driven and collaborative mindset.
● Experience with additional platforms (TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
● Familiarity with analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, etc.).
● Copywriting or creative/design skills.
